Phi Lamb is searching for a passionate and organized Regional Director to support our chapters and invest in the next generation of leaders. In this role, you’ll dedicate about 10 hours per week to working closely with chapter officers, providing guidance, encouragement, and administrative support. You’ll have a direct impact by approving budgets, calendars, and events, ensuring smooth operations, and empowering officers to succeed.

As an RD, you’ll also oversee alumnae council members, helping foster strong leadership and lasting connections within our sisterhood. If you have strong time management skills and love mentorship, organization, and problem-solving, this is the perfect way to stay connected and make a real difference!
